Simon Rimmer served up tasty crunchy green beans with ranch dressing on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 400g fine beans, leave the tails on, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar, 250ml water, 300g flour, 15g each chilli powder, garlic powder, oregano, mustard powder, sea salt and Oil to deep fry.
For the Ranch dressing: 200ml buttermilk, 75g mayo, Juice of 1 lemon, 20ml white wine vinegar, Clove crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon chopped dill.
