Lisa Faulkner vegan chocolate ice cream Sandwiches with silken tofu recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner served up delicious vegan chocolate ice cream sandwiches with silken tofu and maple syrup on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the ice cream: 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), 500g silken tofu, 100ml maple syrup and Pinch sea salt.

To serve: Ginger nut biscuits and Toasted Flaked almonds.
