Nadiya Hussain banana tarte tatin with condensed milk ice cream recipe on Nadiya’s Time to Eat

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious banana tarte tatin with homemade ice cream on Nadiya’s Time to Eat.

The ingredients are: 500g block puff pastry, 100g brown sugar, 75g butter, 30–50g chopped hazelnuts, 4–5 bananas, sliced into 2cm coins.

For the ice cream: 397g tin condensed milk, 500ml double cream and 5 cardamom pods, seeds removed and crushed.
