John Torode frickles with blue cheese dip recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty frickles (fried battered pickles) with blue cheese dip on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients: 200g Self raising flour, 200g Cornflour, Soda Water, Pickles and 1 Large jar of pickled gherkins.

For the cheese dip: Half a packet of gorgonzola (dolce), 4 tbsp sour cream and Squeeze of lemon.
