Dhruv Baker and John Torode served up tasty chicken marinated in chill, lime, mint and coriander with Kachumber and Raita on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the marinate: 1 x large bunch coriander, 1 x bunch fresh mint (half the amount of the coriander), 2 x cloves garlic, 1 x 4cm pierce of peeled ginger, 2 x green chillies, 2 x limes (just the juice), 1 x tsp sugar, Salt and pepper to taste.
