Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty and speedy peanut butter and jelly traybake with pancake batter, yoghurt and raspberries on Nadiya’s Time to Eat.
The ingredients are: 3 heaped tbsp jam of your choice, 3 tbsp crunchy or smooth peanut butter, cooking oil spray, 250g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 3 tbsp caster sugar, 170ml full-fat milk, 2 free-range eggs, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and icing sugar, for dusting (optional).
