the ingredients are: 500g bag new potatoes, 1 chicken or veg stock cube, 2 tbsp. chives, chopped, tbsp. parsley, chopped, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, Salt and pepper, a drizzle of good olive oil.
