Levi Roots treacle toffee banana with rum and ice cream recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Levi Roots and John Torode served up delicious Caribbean BBQ treacle toffee bananas with rum and ice cream on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 50g unsalted butter, softened, 50g dark muscovado sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 6 bananas and a slosh of rum for an adult version!

To serve: clotted cream or vanilla ice cream.
