John Torode honeycomb with Chantilly cream recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious honeycomb with Chantilly cream and berries on John and Lisa’s Weekend kitchen.

The ingredients for the honeycomb are: 180g honey, 100g soft brown sugar, 100g caster sugar, 25g butter and 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda.

For the cream: 1 tsp vanilla paste, 1 tbsp Icing sugar, 250ml double cream and 100ml sour cream.
