Tempura squid and prawns with coriander salsa simple finger food by James Martin

James Martin serves up a delicious tempura squid and prawns with coriander salsa dish as part of his TV Dinners theme on today’s episode of James Martin: Home comforts.

James says about his dish: “A quick fun way to serve delicious seafood in crisp batter with a fresh, spicy salsa dressing.”

To cook his dish, James makes a marinate for the squid and prawns, but mixing soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and lime. He adds the mixture to the sea food and let it all rest for a while before add cornflour to thicken up the mixture before frying.

He makes the sauce to accompany his dish by blending fresh coriander, fresh mint, a chopped clove of garlic, one chopped red chilli, palm sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, a small amount of sesame oil and the juice of a lime.
