Smoky chilli chicken wings are on the menu in James Martin’s kitchen on today’s episode of James Martin: Home Comforts.
Today’s theme is TV Dinners and James says about his British / Spanish style tapas recipe: “These wings and wedges take care of themselves – just mix up the spices and get everything in the oven, leaving you time to fry up the garlic sauce.”
His Spanish style spiced potato wedges are based on a few key spices: schezwan pepper (it lends its self to really quick cooking. It is often called the floral pepper and is full of flavour), ground cumin, ground coriander and sweet paprika.
James adds the spices to the potatoes wedges then adds Spanish olive oil and stirred well before placing into a preheated oven.
