Gregg Wallace served up tasty coconut chicken on Eat Well For Less?

The ingredients are: 1 free-range egg, 3 chicken thighs, bone and skin removed, each cut into 4 strips, 20g desiccated coconut, 30g panko breadcrumbs, 1 spring onion, finely sliced, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the dipping sauce: 40g smooth peanut butter, 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce and 40ml reduced-fat coconut milk.
