Simon Rimmer Cinnamon Crumb Cake With Maple Bananas recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Cinnamon Crumb Cake With Maple Bananas on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the crumb: 250g flour, 200g soft light brown sugar, 50g sugar, 2tsp ground cinnamon, pinch salt and 250g butter.

For the Cake: 275g plain flour, half tsp each bicarb and baking powder, a pinch salt, 200g butter, 275g sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla, 225g sour cream, 50g butter, 100ml maple, tsp cinnamon and 3 bananas.

To serve: creme fraiche or cream.
