James Martin served up a tasty chicken with prawns, fermented black beans and egg fried rice stir fry on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic peeled and chopped, 2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and chopped, 2 tablespoons fermented beans, rinsed and crushed, 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 300g chicken breast, sliced thinly and 300g raw peeled prawns.
For the rice: 200g cooked rice, cooled, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
To serve: 6 spring onions, sliced and Coriander leaves.
