Lisa Goodwin-Allen served up a tasty Cedar Plank Salmon with Butter Sauce, Cracked Egg and Capers on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the butter sauce: 150g shallots, finely sliced, 8g parsley stalks, 1500g white wine, 38g white balsamic, 68g cream, 125g butter, 1 teaspoon olive oil.
