Marry Berry sausage rolls with ricotta and red pepper puffs recipe on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking

Marry Berry served up tasty mini sausage rolls with red pepper and ricotta cheese puffs on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking.

The ingredients for the red pepper and ricotta rolls: 200g roasted red peppers in oil (from a jar), drained and chopped, 125g full-fat ricotta cheese, 50g Parmesan or pecorino cheese, grated, 2 tbsp chopped basil, plain flour, for dusting, 1 x 320g packet ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry, 1 free-range egg, beaten, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the mini sausage rolls with thyme: 225g pork sausage meat, 50g mature cheddar, grated, 2 tsp chopped thyme leaves, 1 x 320g packet ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry, 1 free-range egg, beaten, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, plain flour, for dusting, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
