Mary Berry apricots with Marsala and almonds pudding recipe on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking

Mary Berry served up delicious roast apricots with Marsala and almonds pudding on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking.

The ingredients are: 6 ripe-but-firm apricots, halved and stones removed, 6 tbsp Marsala wine, 3 tbsp demerara sugar, 50g amaretti biscuits, finely crushed, 25g butter, plus extra for greasing and 25g flaked almonds.
