James Martin served up a delicious chocolate tart with cream and yuzu paste on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the pastry are: 110g butter, 225g plain flour, 2 tablespoons caster sugar, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons water.
For the filling: 600g dark chocolate, melted, 6 eggs and 100g caster sugar.
For the yuzu gel: 300ml yuzu juice and 1 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum.
To serve: Whipped cream, Mint sprigs and Miso powder.
