John Torode served up delicious passion fruit pavlovas with mango, raspberry, coconut and yoghurt on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 large egg whites, 185g castor sugar, 2 tsp cornflour, 1 and a bit tsp of vinegar and a splash of vanilla.
For the topping: 300ml whipping cream, 1 tsp icing sugar, 300ml yoghurt and fruit pulp to decorate and flavour.
