Mary Berry served up delicious rum and raisin ice cream with condensed milk and golden glazed pineapple slices on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking.

The ingredients for the rum and raisin ice cream: 150g raisins, 50ml dark rum, 300ml pouring double cream and 1 x 397g tin full-fat condensed milk.

For the glazed pineapple: 1 medium ripe pineapple, 3 tbsp light muscovado sugar, 3 tbsp rum and ½ lime, juice only.
