James Martin chocolate truffles with dark chocolate ganache recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up delicious chocolate truffles with whisky flavoured dark chocolate ganache on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

For the chocolate ganache: 300g dark chocolate and 300ml double cream.

Truffle coatings: Flaked almonds chopped, Cocoa powder and Desiccated coconut.
