Whole roasted trout was on the menu on today’s episode of James Martin: Home Conforts. The master chef serves up a whole roasted trout with salsa verde, roasted new potatoes and lemons dish.

James says: “This light dinner is full of flavour and the beautiful colours, make it a very attractive centrepiece at dinner parties.”

When making the salsa verde, James says: “There is no set recipes for something like a salsa verde, simply mix and match the herbs to suit your taste.”
