James Martin grandmother’s Yorkshire Puddings with onion sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Yorkshire Puddings with veal and onion gravy using his grandmother’s recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g flour, 8 eggs, 1 pint milk, full fat and 8 tsp dripping , duck fat or goose fat.

For the gravy: 3 onions, peeled and sliced, 25g butter, 100ml madeira, 25ml sherry, 500ml veal jus and 50ml red wine.
