John Torode served up a tasty BBQ open steak sandwich with a mustard and whisky sauce on This Morning’s winter cottage.
The ingredients are: 100ml olive oil, Salt and ground black pepper, 16 x chestnut mushrooms, 4 x rasher streaky bacon, 4 x beef tomatoes, sliced in half, 2 large onions, sliced into thick rings, 4 x sirloin steaks, take them out of the fridge so they’re at room temperature before cooking, 4 thick slices of sourdough bread, 50 mls olive oil for the bread, Squeeze of lemon juice, Dash of Whisky, 2 tbsp dijon mustard, 4 x fried eggs and 2 handfuls flat parsley, chopped.
