Bread baker Lucy Steele bakes her bread in a shipping container in her garden but manages to produce some of the finest loaf of breads in her community.
Lucy who was featured on today’s episode of James Martin: Comforts, produced over 100 loafs per week in her container using only the finest ingredients.
Lucy only started her micro bakery business just over 2 years ago, but has already received backing from the Real Bread Campaign as a quality baker.
