The Hairy Bikers served up tasty toad in the hole with sage and onion Yorkshire pudding for an alternative Sunday Lunch on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 heaped tbsp lard or goose or duck fat, 1 large onion, sliced, 8 pork sausages and Sea salt.

For the batter: 150g plain flour, 1tsp dried sage, 2 eggs, beaten and 275ml whole milk.
