Simon Rimmer served a tasty Filipino pork lumpia with a tomato dipping sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 450g minced pork, 2 cloves garlic, 1 finely diced onion, 3 diced carrots, 100g finely sliced green cabbage, 15ml soy, 5g chilli flakes, 15ml fish sauce, about 30 spring roll wrappers and oil to deep fry.
For the sauce: 100ml cider vinegar, 100ml water, 200g sugar, 50g tomato ketchup, 5g chilli flakes, 5g garlic powder and (thicken with cornflour).
