Tom Kerridge banana choc ice recipe on Tom Kerridge’s Fresh Start

Tom Kerridge served up delicious banana choc ices on Tom Kerridge’s Fresh Start.

The ingredients are: 3 medium-large bananas, peeled (350g peeled weight), 100g full-fat plain yoghurt, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 100g good-quality dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces and 2 tbsp coconut oil.

For the toppings: mixed nuts, toasted and finely chopped, coconut flakes, toasted and lightly crushed, pistachio nuts, finely chopped and freeze-dried raspberries.
