James Martin Sticky Toffee Pudding Roulade with bourbon sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin serve up delicious sticky toffee pudding roulade with date puree and bourbon on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 150g dates, roughly chopped, 4 eggs, separated, 75g soft dark brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, 100g plain flour and 1–2 tablespoons caster sugar, for sprinkling.

For the sauce: 200ml double cream, 200g unsalted butter, 200g soft dark brown sugar and 50ml bourbon.
