Mary Berry served up tasty creamy salmon, leek and dill tarts for the festive season on Mary Berry’s Christmas Party.
The ingredients are: 55g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing, 1 leek, trimmed and thinly sliced, 30g plain flour, 150ml milk, warmed, 50ml dry white wine, 1 heaped tsp grainy mustard, 225g fresh salmon fillet, skinned and cubed, 50g mature cheddar cheese, grated, 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped, 2 tbsp double cream, 3 sheets ready-made filo pastry (each measuring about 48x25cm) and 6 small sprigs dill, to garnish.
