Nigel Slater Stilton puffs recipe on the 12 Tastes of Christmas

Nigel Slater served up tasty Stilton puffs for the festive season on the 12 Tastes of Christmas.

The ingredients are: plain flour, for dusting, 1 x 380g ready-made puff pastry sheet, 300g Stilton, 1 free-range egg, beaten and 100g parmesan, freshly grated.
