Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious chocolate eclair roll with cream for the festive season on Nadiya’s Party Feasts.
The ingredients for the choux pastry are: 200ml water, 85g unsalted butter, plus a little extra for greasing, 1 tbsp caster sugar, pinch salt, 115g plain flour, sifted and 3 free-range eggs, beaten.
For the filling: 300ml whipping cream, 2 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and 4 tbsp salted caramel spread.
For the ganache: 200g dark chocolate, 100ml double cream and 100g milk chocolate, chopped.
