Phil Vickery bonfire chilli recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up a tasty chilli for bonfire night with jackfruit, pineapple fritters and chocolate sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients for the pineapple fritters and chocolate sauce are: 1 small can pineapple rings drained, cut into quarters, zest of 1 lemon finely grated.

For the sauce: 300ml cold water, 100g good quality cocoa powder, 120g caster sugar and 40g cold salted butter, cubed.

For the batter: 225g self raising flour, about 425ml fizzy water, ½ tsp ground allspice, cornflour, caster sugar, to sprinkle, vegetable oil for deep frying and allspice for dusting.
