Donna Hay served up a delicious salted dark chocolate layer cake with milk chocolate ganache on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 375g self-raising flour, sifted, 50g cocoa powder, sifted, 325g caster sugar, 4 free-range eggs, beaten, 375ml full-fat milk, 250g unsalted butter, melted, 200g dark chocolate, melted, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 250g soured cream, 400g milk chocolate, melted and 2 tsp black sea salt flakes.
