Dr Rupy served up tasty and healthy fast food oven baked popcorn chicken with dehydrated mushrooms and salad on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 10g dried wild mushrooms, 20g Ground flaxseeds (can swap for dried breadcrumbs), 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, Sea salt, 300g skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized chunks, 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, extra for drizzling, 50g lambs lettuce, roughly chopped (or finely chopped mangetout or sugar snap peas), 50g baby spinach, roughly chopped and 10g pine nuts, dry roasted.
