Martin Venter served up a tasty Thai fish curry using frozen white fish on Eat Well For Less?

The ingredients are: 300g brown basmati rice, 2 tsp rapeseed oil, 1 onion, roughly chopped, 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped, 1 tbsp frozen chopped chillies, 4cm piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped, 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste, 1 aubergine, roughly chopped, 160g frozen chopped spinach, 400ml tin reduced fat coconut milk, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 500g frozen white fish, 2 limes, juice only and 4 tbsp frozen chopped coriander.
