Simon Rimmer and Anton Du Beke served up a delicious tres leches cake witha warm milk and cream sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g flour, 4 eggs, separated, 200g sugar, 1tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and 100ml milk.
For the sauce: 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk and 200ml double cream.
