Priya Tew served up tasty vegetable croquettes with tomato and green pea dips on Eat Well for Less?

Each croquette came in at just 13 pence per portion.

The ingredients are: 200 g cauliflower coarsely grated, 200 g sweet potato peeled and coarsely grated, 2 medium carrots peeled and coarsely grated (200g), 1 medium courgette coarsely grated (200g), ½ tsp sea salt, 1 red onion finely chopped, 1 small bunch parsley picked and roughly chopped, 1 tsp onion granules, 100 g fresh breadcrumbs, 2 eggs and freshly ground black pepper.
