Joe Wicks served up a bangin chicken balti curry from his new recipe book on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1½ tbsp coconut oil, 2 red onions, peeled and cut into chunks, 5 cardamom pods, bruised with the side of a knife, 1 stick of cinnamon, 4cm ginger, peeled and minced, 5 cloves garlic, minced, 1 large green chilli, slit down the length, 1 red pepper, de-seeded and cut into 3cm chunks, 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 2 tsp garam masala, 18 cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 150ml water, 3 x 200g skinless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks, Bunch of coriander, roughly chopped and 700g pre-cooked rice.
