Jamie Oliver spicy sausage and sweet peppers pasta with chilli sauce recipe

Jamie Oliver served up spicy sausage and sweet peppers pasta with a chilli and tomato sauce on Jamie Cooks Italy.

The ingredients are: 400g durum wheat flour or fine semolina flour, plus extra for dusting, olive oil, 1 dried red chilli, 1 dried red pepper or 1 tsp sweet paprika, ½ bunch of fresh thyme (15g), 1 large quality spicy sausage (125g), 1 red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 125ml southern Italian white wine, 1 x 400g tin of quality plum tomatoes and 40g pecorino or Parmesan cheese.
