Nadiya Hussain served up tasty smoky spinach shakshuka with eggs, yoghurt and toasted sourdough on Nadiya’s Family Favourites.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 spring onions, thinly sliced, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp tomato purée, 4 tomatoes, roughly chopped, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 200g baby spinach leaves, 4 free-range eggs and 1 tsp red chilli flakes.
To serve: Greek-style yoghurt and toasted sourdough.
