Simon Rimmer served up delicious pistachio ‘gnocchi’ biscuits on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 400g pistachios, 300g almonds, peeled, 500g sugar, 2 egg whites, 50g honey, zest n juice half lemon and serve with fromage frais, icing sugar and raspberries.
