Simon Rimmer served up tasty cumin and cinnamon Lamb on Sunday Brunch.
the ingredients are: 50ml oil, 450g minced lamb, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 star anise, 10g ground cumin, 2 cloves sliced garlic, 50mm piece ginger, cut into matchsticks, 3 sliced spring onions, 5g chilli flakes, 4 stalks celery, chopped, 60ml rice wine, 60ml soy, 20ml black vinegar, 15g honey and serve with sticky rice, sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
