Nadiya Hussain half-a-pear crumble recipe

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious half-a-pear crumble with marzipan and apple syrup on Nadiya’s Family Favourites.

The ingredients for the pears are: 3 large pears, peeled and halved, 500ml apple juice, 1 vanilla pod, split, 150g demerara sugar, 75g golden marzipan and ice cream, to serve.

For the crumble topping: 50g plain flour, 25g unsalted butter, 25g demerara sugar and 100g granola.
