Nadiya Hussain Fruit Salad Fattoush recipe

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious fruit salad fattoush (Middle Eastern salad) with chopped tortillas on Nadiya’s Family Favourites.

The ingredients for the crispy tortillas are: 4 small flour tortilla wraps, cut into 1cm pieces, 20g unsalted butter, melted, 35g brown sugar, ½ tsp ground cinnamon and pinch salt.

For the fruit salad: 400g fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered, 1 large orange, peeled and segmented, 125g dried pineapple, roughly chopped, 200g green grapes, halved, 200g frozen blueberries, 150g frozen raspberries, 3 passion fruit, halved and pulp spooned out, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds and 25g fresh flatleaf parsley, roughly chopped.
