Just made this recipe tonight for dinner. Never felt the need to post a review before, but this is Beautiful!! Light, full of aromatic, fresh flavours. Didn’t even feel tempted to alter the recipe and this is a first for me. Love making a Lamb version but this is perfect for Summer. Will make this again and again. Made it with the frozen raw prawns from Aldi, delicious!!
