Jamie Oliver Thai-style crispy sea bass recipe

Jamie Oliver served up a tasty Thai-style crispy sea bass with coriander, spring onions and Thai red curry paste on Jamie’s Quick & Easy Food.

The ingredients are: 4 spring onions, ½ a bunch of fresh coriander , (15g), 2 x 300 whole sea bass , scaled, gutted, trimmed, from sustainable sources, 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste and 1 lime.
