Gok Wan healthy comfort food with noodles recipe on This Morning

Gok Wan served up tasty and healthy vegetarian comfort food with lo hom noodles and kecup manis on This Morning.

The ingredients for the noodles: 4 single packets ready udon noodles, 1.5 litres water, Vegetables: 100g peas, 235g pak choi chopped, 150g mushrooms, 150g mange tout, 150g beansprouts, 2-3 vegetable stock cubes, 2 tblsp vegetarian based /oyster sauce, 2 tblsp rice wine, 2 tblsp light soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves finely chopped, 5cm ginger, thickly chopped, 1 tblsp sesame oil, Salt and pepper and 2 tblsp dried shallots.

For the Kecup Manis: 6 tblsp honey, 2 tblsp light soy sauce and Ground white pepper to taste.
