James Martin sirloin steak with roasted broccoli and Chimichurri sauce recipe

James Martin served up tasty sirloin steaks with roasted broccoli and Chimichurri sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the steaks are: 2 x 200g sirloin steaks, 25ml olive oil, 25g butter, 6-8 sprigs thyme, 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled, Salt and pepper.

For the roasted broccoli: 200g broccoli, cut into florets, 2 shallots, quartered, 50ml olive oil, Salt and pepper.

For the sauce: 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli, 1 shallot, diced, 1 small bunch coriander, 1 small bunch mint, 50ml red wine vinegar, 100ml olive oil, Salt and pepper.
