James Martin served up delicious chocolate fondants with Guinness ice cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the ice cream: 8 egg yolks, whisked, 200g caster sugar, 750ml double cream and 750ml Guinness.
For the fondants: 125g dark chocolate, 125g butter, 4 eggs, whisked, 100g caster sugar and 60g plain flour.
